Pricing structure is obscured and you get automatically upgraded for some things that are unique to HS (with no way to limit the auto upgrade to these paid for functions/levels/classifications) I got a surprise bill 3x of what I had planned to budget for this software and they would not refund me not even meet half way. Version 2.9.0.14344 seems to be fixing the CPU usage issues. It's a bit confusing to update in Chrome. To do so: 1) Click on the Extensions icon (the puzzle piece in the top right) and select "Manage Extensions" 2) Toggle "Develop Mode" on (top right of the window) 3) Click the "Update" button towards the top left of the window Once I did this my Chrome CPU usage dropped immediately, from over 100% to <10%.
